Single-center retrospective study of 178,752 cataract surgeries performed at the CHNO des Quinze-Vingts between 2000 and 2022. It demonstrates the major impact of intracameral cefuroxime and povidone-iodine: the endophthalmitis rate fell to 0.007% over the last decade.
